TUNA CASSEROLE



Tuna Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cups dry noodles
2 (7 oz.) packages tuna
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
6.5 oz velveeta cheese 
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions:
Boil and drain noodles - set aside; Spray 9x13 casserole with Pam.  Mix together tuna, mayo and onion in casserole dish; in medium saucepan heat soup and milk - add cheese. Stir till melted. Add soup mixture and noodles to casserole and stir. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Top with crushed potato chips before or after baking if desired.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole
















Green Chili Chicken Enchilada Casserole
2 cups Cooked Chicken (bite size pieces)
1 Can Rotel
1 Can Cr of Chicken Soup
1 Can Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
1 Can Mexican Style Corn, drained
1 sm onion, chopped
1 package Cream cheese
1 Package Flour Tortillas cut into qtrs
Combine all except tortillas in large skillet
Heat until cheese is melted and all is hot and bubbly
Layer in 9X13 casserole, beginning with tortillas
Make 2 layers and then top with extra layer of tortillas
Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes
